Our Military Leadership Trainee Program is designed for recently transitioned military veterans who are interested in joining our organization in one of our production facilities across the U.S. We’re seeking former officers and NCOs with leadership experience, a technical/mechanical aptitude and a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
What We Offer in Return
You’ll receive a competitive starting salary and annual bonus during the 6- to 12-month program, plus a promotional increase in pay upon completion. At the completion of your training program, you’ll be considered for a career with Leprino Foods®, starting as a supervisor managing up to 40 individuals.
